Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel great about your purchase and we’ll happily accept returns of unworn apparel with the tags still attached within 30 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in clean, unworn condition with its tags still attached. We tag our garments carefully so they won't get in the way when you're trying the item on. Please keep the tags attached until you know you're satisfied with it!
If your order arrives and you find it doesn’t meet your expectations, or you need to try a different size, please follow these instructions:
- Initiate a return or exchange by logging into your account and clicking “view” on your order.
- Scroll to the bottom of your order and click “return items,” then follow the instructions.
- If you plan to drop your items off in person at the store, let us know in the comment section. Otherwise we'll email you a return shipping label.
- Package up your return, attach your return shipping label, and drop it in the mail.
Once we’ve received your returned item(s) and verify they’re in clean, unworn condition with the tags still attached, we’ll issue a refund to your original form of payment. You'll receive a refund confirmation email from us, and depending on your card issuer's policies, it can take up to 30 days for a refund to post on your original form of payment (however most are completed and show within 3 business days).

If you would prefer to have store credit rather than a refund, please email [email protected] with your order number, the item you're returning, and the request for store credit. Once we have received your item, we will notify you that your customer account has been updated and you may log in to view your available balance.
Shipping is free for orders of $100 or more; for orders below $100 there is a $10.00 flat rate shipping charge.
