Shipping & returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the some condition in which it was received. The item must still have tags (if clothing, our tags do not get in the way of you trying on the clothes so do not remove them until you know you're satisfied with the product).
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your return. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card.
Depending on your card issuer's policies, it can take up to 30 days for a refund to post on your credit card, however most are completed and show within 3 business days.
If you would prefer to have store credit rather than a refund, please email [email protected] with your order number, the item you're returning, and the request for store credit. Once we have received your item, we will notify you that your customer account has been updated and you may log in to view your available balance.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
