Trollbinde Brood X: Evolution

This statement piece features a bejeweled bronze-cast cicada on a stylized tree-of-life filigree. Chainmaille connects the amulet to a drop of gold-dipped, forged nail. This neckpiece sits on a vintage brass snake chain finished with a hook closure. The cicadas are decorated with opaline rhinestones and labradorite.

CONSTRUCTION & CARE

• Antique gold over brass and pewter, labradorite, Swarovski rhinestones, vintage snake chain with antique gold overlay

• Clean the jewelry often to remove dirt and perspiration. A drop of unscented hand sanitizer or grain alcohol on a soft jewelry cloth does a great job of cleaning the jewelry and making the gemstones shine.

• Always remove jewelry when washing hands, showering, or swimming. Try to keep the jewelry dry as all non-precious metals are tarnished by moisture. Avoid contact with perfume, chlorine and sweat.
• Storing the jewelry in an airtight plastic bag will prevent tarnish.
• Chemicals and cleaning agents can cause unpredictable reactions, so put jewelry on last after you have applied perfume or hair products.
